Firstly, many apologies for this web page being unavailable for about a fortnight from the middle to the end of April 2010. Apparently when some details about this website were changed by the service provider some incorrect settings were made, limiting what is nominally an 'unlimited download' web site. Sadly it took two weeks to fix this error, while there was no way to inform potential downloaders about 'the problem', with the page unavailable.

NEW: Older computers with Windows XP Service Pack 3 using Adobe Reader 9.3.4 as a minimum requirement to view the 4.4GB PDF may have difficulty due to this large file size, if the older computer capacity is insufficient. To help alleviate this issue a FOUR PART version of the latest version 24th August 2010 of this 4.4GB PDF is available for download. Please scroll down for the latest entire 4.4GB PDF dated 17th August 2010.

Last but not least, please use the download method described on this page. In brief: use a download manager or 'right mouse click on the download URL' to then "Save Target As" the file to your computer. Please do not let Adobe Reader download these files (this will happen if you left mouse click on the URLs). YMMV.
